Hey, what type of paint do you use ??
It's a washable tempera paint - washes out of most fabrics. Not sure of the brand name. Paint washes out in cold water (perhaps with a little help from wonder soap).
Love this!!! I say that's the best way to learn (messy but worth it). Hope to see more posts. Follower from Twitter. Many blessings, Barbarahttp://spanishforkids-jbplbarbara.blogspot.com
Now this is my kind of play!
I Love it! When my son was 4, he came up with the idea of "feet painting". I though it was such a great idea, we tape several large pieces of paper to the floor, and the kids paint the soles of their feet and dance and jump around. It has provided us with hours of messy goopy fun (and some pretty unusual artwork!)
It seems as though any kind of painting experience seems to be a whole body experience with my cherubs too - and that's exactly how we like it. It's the stuff memories are made of.We have been brainstorming ideas for our fairy garden, so I loved seeing your ideas and links you provided. We have been doing a bit of shopping in the cheap shops and I remember reading somewhere that the pet sections are the place to go - they seem to stock little minature items that we have spotted that are perfect for our fairy garden(especially things that belong in fish tanks). But our plan is to make most of our items to put in the fairy garden.
Oh what fun - I am not sure I am ready for quite that much mess (yet)... Love it!Thank you for linking up to the Save The Children "This is Me" campaign! More for your readers about it here: http://www.redtedart.com/2011/05/17/this-is-me-this-is-my-future/Maggy
